News from AMHA Region 2 Director Kathy Newcomb:

I am announcing that I will not be running again in the next Board election. We hope to relocate out of the region sometime in the near future, which could necessitate resigning from the Board or at least not running for the seat again.

I have been proud and pleased to serve on the AMHA Board representing Region 2 for the past 11 years, and it is difficult for me to say good-bye, but I am looking forward to retiring and enjoying a bit of down time. So now it is someone else's turn to serve the Morgan horse on the Board. If you live in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or even the eastern part of Canada, please give consideration to running for a seat on the Board to represent this region. Contact Julie Broadway at execdir@morganhorse.com to receive all the information you need to collect signatures and learn what is involved in serving as a director. Feel free to contact me as well for any questions you have.
